I wish people would just appreciate what Fairouz is still offering us today and stop feeling so compelled to criticize. In fact, I think some of those "fans" criticizing should take a good look at themselves. I was greatly upset by much of the disrespect demonstrated at the LA concert by those very individuals that continually complain, from their failure to take their seats on time, to their relentless chatting while others were trying to listen to the music.
: I am simply tired of hearing many of our people offering nothing but criticism and outright verbal assaults on one of our few remaining great artists. This is not to say that complaints are unacceptable, for certainly they are. However, it would be helpful if they were constructive and included some degree of respect.
